Passover and the Enduring Fight for Religious Freedom title

Washington, D.C. — As Passover is celebrated across the United States and around the world, Chairman Moolenaar released the following statement:
"This Passover, Jews around the world will celebrate their ancestors’ Exodus from slavery and oppression. Sadly, Jews in China will not be able to openly do the same. The Chinese Communist Party has done everything it can to drive Jewish religious expression in China underground and out of the public square. This modern-day oppression is part of the CCP’s “Sinicization of Religion” campaign to persecute followers of all faiths and deprive the Chinese people of freedom of religion. Our nation’s freedoms and founding principles are a beacon of hope to people around the world, and they set us apart from the CCP and its attacks on religion. In the competition between America and the CCP, freedom will be the victor.”
