WASHINGTON DC — The House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist party will hold a joint hearing with the Senate Special Committee on Aging titled “Financial Aggression: How the Chinese Communist Party Exploits American Retirees and Undermines National Security". The hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 9th at 2:30 P.M. in the Dirksen Senate Office Building (SD-106).

The Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party's Fentanyl Policy Working Group, led by Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-WA) and Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-MA), will hold its final meeting Tuesday, December 17th at 2:00 p.m., E.T. in Room H-144 in the U.S. Capitol Building.

Chairman John Moolenaar (R-MI) and Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party will participate in a bipartisan discussion at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) about the risk certain Chinese companies pose to U.S. national security on September 25th at 9:50 a.m., E.T.

Chairman John Moolenaar (R-MI) and Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party will speak on a panel at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation's annual China Forum on September 25th at 9:00 a.m., E.T. at the Mayflower Hotel.
The Chairman and Ranking Member's panel discussion will be moderated by Dr. Adrian Zenz — Director and Senior Fellow in China Studies for the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation.

Chairman John Moolenaar (R-MI) of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party and Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) will speak on a panel at the Alexander Hamilton Society's event "Back in Class: Foreign Funding & Malign Influence on U.S. Higher Education" on September 23rd at 6:30 p.m., E.T.
The panel discussion will focus on malign foreign efforts to influence the American higher education system.
