Roundtable on CCP Propaganda and Censorship
WASHINGTON D.C. -- On Wednesday, September 13, Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-WI) and Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) will host a roundtable discussion with experts at an event titled, "The Chinese Communist Party's Propaganda and Censorship".
The event will feature several expert-level witnesses to discuss the history, strategy, and tactics of the Chinese Communist Party's propaganda and censorship. The participants will include:
- Ms. Sarah Cook, Senior Advisor for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan at Freedom House
- Dr. Matthew Johnson, Hoover Institution Visiting Fellow, and Research Director at Garnaut Global
- Ms. Bay Fang, President, Radio Free Asia
The event will be broadcasted on the Select Committee's social media and website.
The event is open to members of the press.
