WASHINGTON, D.C. – Chairman John Moolenaar (R-MI) and Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) of the Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), in partnership with the Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA) and Rep. Ashley Hinson (R-IA), will hold a press conference on Wednesday, March 5, at 2:00 p.m. ET to address China’s unfair trade practices, including intellectual property theft, trade fraud, and tariff circumvention.
The event will include a major legislative update, featuring the reintroduction of key bills and new efforts to bolster U.S. defenses against China’s economic coercion.
