ICYMI: Select Committee on the CCP Fires Back at CCP's Economic Warfare in Prime Time Hearing

May 17, 2023

This evening, the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party held a hearing on the CCP's economic warfare, including their state-led, market-distorting policies, forced technology transfers, intellectual property theft, and exploitation of U.S. capital markets. Beyond strong policy proposals to deter the CCP's economic aggression, testimony also focused on the importance of American innovation.

Find highlights from Chairman Gallagher's opening remarks, the testimony of our witnesses, and committee members' questioning below.
