Jimmy Panetta (D-CA), introduced legislation aimed at penalizing Chinese entities that provide material support to Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine and targets dual-use technology, defense cooperation, and financial transactions that directly contribute to Russia’s military aggression.
